Breaking down our Chemistry Curriculum



The purpose of this course is to prepare students for college physics. This course provides an understanding of the basic principles involved with physical concepts and the ability to apply these principles in problem solving.

Physics I



Learning Objectives:


Analyze the relationships between force, mass, gravity, and the motion of objects.
Evaluate the significance of energy in understanding the structure of matter and the universe.

Evaluate the forms and transformations of energy.
Analyze the properties and applications of waves.
Evaluate relationships between electrical and magnetic forces.
