What is the HiPo® Program?

About the Program

The advent of digital technology is now surging through all aspects of life; and in education, it means revolutionizing the way information is shared and absorbed. Students stand at the forefront of this revolution as they become increasingly tech-savvy and better versed in the online sphere than even their educators.

IDRAK Virtual Academy invites students to lead this online education movement by providing them with the right tools that contribute to their peers’ learning. This is the concept behind our High Potential [HiPo®] Student Program, a unique self-development program that empowers high-performing students by equating their role with with that of educators - thereby breeding the young leaders of tomorrow. Our goal is to support students in unlocking their full potential - academically, personally, and professionally.

How it Works

Students apply to the program via our HiPo Portal. After the application is reviewed, the candidate is invited to an informal virtual interview with one of our team members. The team collectively reviews the candidate's application, academic history, and characteristics to decide whether they are a good fit for the program.

Once accepted to the program, a HiPo is immediately granted full access to all of our learning services and features for free, in exchange for fulfilling a leadership role on the platform. The HiPo® role can vary depending on each individual HiPo’s interests, making their membership entirely personalized and flexible. We’ve made this possible by assigning each HiPo a Mentor from our educator team to help them outline and achieve their goals - whether that means acing an AP exam next week or beefing up their college application 2 years ahead of time.
