Session Cancellations
IVA's advance booking system puts you in control of your learning, however, at IVA we are know even the best laid plans can change! Don't worry, here's what you can do.
Up to 1 hour before the scheduled session.
Simply log in to IVA and use the booking system to cancel your session.
The cost of the session will be refunded to your wallet so you can then simply book at another time.
Under an hour before the scheduled session.
Simply log in to IVA and cancel the session.
Unfortunately, as one of the IVA Team would have already been allocated to your session, IVA will not refund the cost of this session.
